About Us

Wild Lily Counseling is a premier family counseling center specializing in anxiety disorders, emotional regulation, sports performance, and eating disorders. Our practice, led by Alexis Williams, offers personalized therapy sessions for teenagers and young adults, and people of all ages both in-person and remotely. We utilize a range of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy, Interpersonal psychotherapy, EMDR therapy, and unique psychodynamic therapy.
