Hi! Welcome to Wild Lily Counseling! My name is Alexis Williams. I am the owner and lead counselor at Wild Lily Counseling LLC. I started my own private practice in 2021 and absolutely love what I do. I started my practice in Colorado and recently moved to northeast Ohio. I also have my license to practice virtually in Florida as well.
I specialize in a unique blend of serval talk therapy techniques that I've learned in my years of being a counselor. My passions are working with a variety of people ranging from teenagers, young adults, college-age to adults. I love utilizing my unique skill set to help people find confidence and a strong sense of self as they work through life. Whether they are going through those tricky teenage years, the daunting transition to adulthood, navigating adulthood or are just trying to stay afloat where they're at; I'm here to help wherever someone is.
Therapy with me isn’t about me lecturing you or using a bunch of fancy words that no one knows to describe what you’re going through. It's about helping you understand your thoughts, process your emotions and maybe even laugh along the way! I’m here to make sure you feel seen, heard, and totally accepted.
I absolutely love working with people who are searching for their purpose and full acceptance of who they are!
